You must be 13 or older to use MyLinks.fyi. You are responsible for all content posted to your profile. Do not use the platform for spam, illegal activities, or to impersonate others.
Paid add-ons are billed through Stripe. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your billing portal.
MyLinks Live and Radio plans are paid from your account balance when you choose them and every 30 days after that. Moving to a higher plan charges the difference for the days left in the period; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. You can cancel anytime, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; partial periods are not refunded. If a renewal can't be paid, the plan keeps working for 3 days, then ends. Shows that go past what a plan includes are charged as described on the Pricing page. A Radio plan's listener figure is a guide: listeners are not cut off, but we may ask you to move to a larger plan.
When Recording is on, the recording is kept for the time you choose and charged per recorded hour for each month kept. If your balance doesn't cover it, the recording is kept 7 days for you to pay, then deleted. When the time ends, the recording, its replay and its download files are deleted. Download anything you want to keep before then. Without Recording, nothing is stored after the show.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
