MyLinks.fyi (operated by Yeap Inc) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We use your data to provide the service, send notifications you opt into, and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data.
When you book a time on a member's booking page, we collect your name, email, phone number if you give one, your answers and note, and the time you chose. We share them with that member and the team member who takes the meeting, use them to send your confirmation and reminders, and store them in Yeap ID, Yeap Inc.'s account service that runs bookings for every Yeap app.
When you share your details from a member's card, we save your name, the contact details you enter and your note as that member's contact, and tell them by email.
People who share their details with a member through a card or booking page can be seen by that member in their other Yeap apps, such as YeapTel.
When you sign a petition on MyLinks, we collect your name, the city, state or region and country you enter, your comment if you write one, and when you signed. If you are signed in, the signature is linked to your MyLinks account. If you sign without an account, we use your email address once, to send you a link to confirm your signature. We keep only a scrambled fingerprint of it, so the same address can't sign twice; we don't store the address itself or show it to anyone.
If you choose to show your name, the petition's page shows your first name, the first letter of your last name, the place you entered and your comment. Otherwise it shows “Someone”.
The person who started the petition can download its signatures to deliver them: names, places, dates, comments and whether each signer passed a Yeap ID identity check. The download never includes email addresses.
If you passed the identity check in your Yeap ID account, MyLinks asks Yeap ID only whether you passed, never for your photos or documents, and counts you as a verified signer.
To prevent abuse, we keep a scrambled form of the network address you signed from, an automatic check reviews petitions and comments, and MyLinks reviewers read petitions that are flagged or reported.
Signatures that aren't confirmed within 7 days are deleted. Deleting your MyLinks account deletes your signatures. You can ask Yeap Support to remove your signature from a petition at any time.
Visitor IPs are hashed before storage and are never exposed in your dashboard. We do not store unnecessary sensitive visitor data.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to our public marketing pages. We do not load this analytics service until you choose Accept analytics. It uses browser cookies to distinguish visits and Google processes technical information about your browser, device, and connection. These analytics cookies expire after 90 days.
Our website analytics sends a fixed public page address and page title, general traffic-source labels, and IDs/names of approved advertising campaigns. We classify the original landing source in memory before your choice; it is sent only if you accept. We exclude sign-in, private account pages, messages, public member profiles, and live content. We do not send form contents, account details, search terms, raw URL query parameters, click identifiers, or referring page addresses through this integration, and we disable advertising personalization for it.
Your choice is saved in this browser. Use the Analytics preferences section on this privacy page to accept, decline, or revoke permission at any time. Revoking stops future website analytics and removes its cookies from this browser; it does not erase information already processed by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Page owners can separately configure their own Google Analytics property. That optional owner integration is separate from our marketing-page analytics and its preference; contact the profile owner about their analytics practices. MyLinks also maintains the first-party profile visit analytics described above.
Social import is optional and starts only after you authorize MyLinks. For Facebook Pages, we use the permissions you grant to show the Pages you manage and retrieve that Page's own photos and videos. You choose which Page and which media to import. We do not publish to Facebook, edit your Page, read visitor posts, or sell Meta Platform Data.
Imported media is copied to your MyLinks storage so it remains under your control on MyLinks. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to provide the import and optional synchronization features you enable.
We use service providers to operate MyLinks, including Vercel for application hosting, Neon for managed PostgreSQL database services, Amazon Web Services for media storage, and Stripe for payment processing. They process data only as needed to provide their contracted services to us.
Disconnecting a social account destroys the stored provider credential and stops future synchronization. Content you already chose to import remains in your MyLinks account until you delete it. A provider deauthorization or verified provider data-deletion request removes the related social connection and provider-imported media. You may also request deletion of your MyLinks account and associated data from our account-deletion page. Records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes are kept only for the required period.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption of stored social access tokens to protect account and Platform Data. No security measure is absolute, but we limit access to people and service providers who need it to operate the service.
